Heritage Texas Properties-Downtown, is downtown Houston’s only brokerage office focusing on the residential market of buying and selling urban real estate. Manned by Top Producing agent Terry Stanfield, one of Houston’s great urban ambassadors and the market leader in Downtown and Midtown Houston, the downtown office has been a driving force in the revitalization of urban Houston. Handling the needs of residents since the year 2000, Heritage Texas Properties began marketing Bayou, Keystone, Capital, Franklin and Kirby Lofts when the new wave of living downtown began. They later joined with Minette Boesel, who enjoyed a long history of downtown historical preservation and now works for the mayor, moving into the space located at 214 Travis in the historic district, where the company continues to promote living and enjoying the exciting urban lifestyle.
