A Room With A View

Today we took a tour of the City View Lofts, a new apartment complex built from the Nabisco/Purse & Co. building that was originally constructed in 1910. The apartments have salvaged much of the original wood flooring, brick and windows that give each space a unqiue industrial appeal.

Units range from 500-square-feet to 2000-square-feet and have studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts. All 57 units have access to the incredible amenities available: a wine room, poker room, workout facility, community kitchen for larger get-togethers (think super bowl party!) and a theater room.

Plus, each loft has features unrestricted views of Houston’s signature skyline and Buffalo Bayou. Residents also have rooftop acess, a perfect place to catch the fireworks show from Minute Maid Park next door.
