This Sunday, August 29th is the 17th Annual Theater District Open House presented by Captial One. It is THE place to be if you're looking for a good deal on tickets to any performance in the Theater District. You'll remember I've cautioned you about getting your tickets early? Well, this is your last chance to see what's coming, and get your tickets now!

However, before you set you forth on the Theater District Savannah, we need to equip you with the right tools. You can find a list of the special offers here. Here is the schedule of performances happening that day. And, finally, your map. Now get out there and land the big one!

I promised you I'd let you in on a little secret or two about the Theater District Open House. Many of the presenting organizations are offering discounts for build your own subscription packages. However, some of you may find that you can only muster two performances, one shy of the minimum. The solution? Purchase 1 ticket to a third show at the lowest ticket price. You'll still come out ahead, AND you have secured your tickets to two performances you are excited to see!

I'm going to tell you now, do NOT worry about the weather. Between the Downtown Tunnels and Capital One Trolley Rides, you will be able to get to and from the air conditioned confines of Jones Hall, Alley Theatre, and the Wortham and Hobby Centers with no problem.
