We’ve put together a couple Night Out Downtown packages for you to win!

The first package available to win is:

1. Two tickets to opening night of Rock of Ages at Hobby Center on Tuesday, May 31, presented by Theatre Under The Stars.

2. $30 gift certificate to The Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant. The Blue Fish is located on Texas and Smith, located at Bayou Place, right next to Hobby Center.

Rock of Ages is the arena-love rock story of a small town girl and a big city rocker played by American Idol’s Constantine Maroulis in 1987 Los Angles. The pumped-up musical rocks out the greatest hits of Journey, Night Ranger, STYX, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Asia, Whitesnake and more. Dream big, play loud and party on!

And guess what?  You can increase your chances with a double entry!

2. For a double entry, tweet “I want a Rock & Sushi Roll night in @downtownhouston  http://tinyurl.com/3kemswv”. Keep in mind, if your twitter profile is private, we will not be able to see or count your second entry.

By entering this contest, you agree to sign up for the Downtown Happenings weekly newsletter. 1. Eligibility

The Downtown Houston Night Out Downtown ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Downtown Houston Management District, Theatre Under the Stars, The Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant, and their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, "immediate family" is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of whether they reside in the same household.

4. Entry Errors

Sponsor and Prize Provider are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor and Prize Provider are not responsible if online service or equipment is interrupted including without limitation (1) interruptions to any network, server, Internet, Web site, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections, (2) failures of any telephone, satellite, hardware, software or other equipment, (3) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion, (4) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic, (5) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture any such information, or (6) printing or typographical errors.

5. Selection of Winners

A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 27, 2011 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Entrants are responsible for insuring that all e-mail information is up-to-date and accurate. Prize notices returned as undeliverable will result in the disqualification of the potential prize winner and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date. The Sponsor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prizes

One Grand Prize Winner: Two tickets to the Rock of Ages and a $30 gift certificate to the The Blues Fish Sushi on 550 Texas Street, Houston, Texas 77002.
