Trees are essential to the well-being of communities, as they help fulfill our basic needs - breathing fresh air, drinking clean water and finding relief from the heat. Achieving Tree Equity requires planting and growing trees in communities where they’re needed most, so that people can experience the full benefits trees provide, no matter where they live.
