The Downtown District uses a variety of new technologies and social media tools to communicate and interact with our audiences. Use of some of these applications could cause personally identifiable information to become available or accessible to The Downtown District, regardless of whether we solicit or collect it.
The Downtown District uses Instagram to share photos of Downtown Houston with its audience and encourages its fans to use the hash tags #DowntownHouston and #DTHTX so that we can interact with and share our favorite public photos with others both on our Instagram account and on the Downtown Houston website. The Downtown District uses the Instagram API but is not endorsed or certified by Instagram, and we follow the Instagram API Terms of Use.
