The Houston Downtown Management District (HDMD) is seeking competitive proposals for a vendor(s) to provide turnkey decoration services for the 2026 Holiday Season.
Our vision is to create a comprehensive and enchanting holiday experience across Downtown Houston, activating key connecting corridors to move visitors between interest point clusters. The goal is to ensure each activation is visually and experientially cohesive, with elements that complement the unique character of each corridor while working seamlessly as a unified holiday destination.
