Downtown Redevelopment Authority/TIRZ #3 (DRA)
On behalf of Downtown Houston+, the Downtown Redevelopment Authority / TIRZ #3 (“DRA”) is seeking qualifications from experienced design consultants for Cool & Connected Corridors Phase 02. Building on Phase 01 standards, materials, and implementation methods, Phase 02 will expand the network, close pedestrian connectivity gaps, and strengthen connections to Buffalo Bayou. The selected consultant will apply established standards where appropriate and develop context-responsive solutions as needed.
