The Downtown Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority”) / TIRZ No. 3 will receive sealed bids for the Cool Connected Corridors project, located in Downtown Houston. The work of the project consists of new streetscape amenities, including, but not limited to; shade structures; street furnishings, planters, and pots; installation of landscaping features and irrigation system; installation of street trees, electrical, and lighting.
