Conceived and created by Falon Mihalic [founder of Falon Land Studio], Meander is a new installation consisting of a series of raised concrete troughs filled with glossy, pigmented resin. The sculpture, located at Market Square Park, is part seating area and part playful artwork and was designed to mimic Buffalo Bayou's shape and route. At night, the winding structures are lit from within to create an intriguing glow, similar to the moonlight on the bayou's waters.
