The Lynn Wyatt Square for the Performing Arts (LWS), at the epicenter of Houston’s Theater District in downtown Houston, is a new cultural gateway for Houstonians and visitors to experience the beauty and power of the nationally and internationally recognized performing arts surrounding it.
Developed and managed by Houston First Corporation, this 26.5-million-dollar cultural project comes to life thanks to a public-private partnership that includes generous funding from the Downtown Redevelopment Authority, numerous foundations, Houston First Corporation, and Houston icon, art lover and cultural philanthropist Lynn Wyatt.
