The project designed and constructed a series of inter-related public improvements to enhance the overall quality and experience of downtown's Main Street. Improvements include: Assessing and correcting previously substandard conditions, upgraded lighting, landscaping, public art, and wayfinding along the full 19 blocks of Main Street.
