The mural is about books and their key role in supporting a diversity of opinions, tolerance, and freedom of speech. Books are essential and have always been across cultures and times. They are how knowledge is preserved and shared and act as doorways to connecting us with the diversity of the world around us.
In an increasingly polarized world, books are fundamental to keep open dialogues and conversations.
The mural comes in support of the @unitednations Sustainable Development Goal #4 about ensuring quality education for all, and #16.10 about freedom of speech.
