“The Fifth Element” is a mural about making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable (United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11). Cities are drivers of economic growth and contribute more than 80 percent of global GDP. However, they account for more than 70 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions.
