2024 - Downtown Houston+ Thrive Storefront Grant Program:

Downtown Houston Plus (“DTH+”) is excited to offer the Thrive Storefront Grant, funded by the Houston Downtown Management District (“HDMD”). This grant aims to increase retail activity and street-level activity by funding storefront improvements in targeted areas within Downtown. Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for grants to undertake enhancement projects that contribute to the HDMD’s mission of creating a vibrant public realm in Downtown Houston.
