STORM RECOVERY ALERT, SUNDAY, MAY 19, 2024--The majority of Downtown has reopened and Downtown Houston+ Cleaning and Safety Ambassadors have returned to regular schedules. Road closures for a few blocks will continue until pedestrian and traffic access is deemed safe, but Downtown is open for business. Events in Lynn Wyatt Square are cancelled, but Discovery Green programming has resumed. We will set up an information table where people can learn more about the City of Houston's Animal Shelter (BARC). we will also pop up a puppy pin and bring 1 litter of puppies that will be available for adoption!
