Emancipet’s Cocktails, Canines + Cats LIVE Musicfest will bring music lovers and pet lovers together for the first of its kind event. The festival will be held at 40 Below at the Bayou Music Center beginning at 6 pm on October 27, and will include live performances from THEBROSFRESH, DJ Dayta and JoiLux Band as well as food and beverages for purchase.
