Twice Grammy-nominated for Best Improvised Jazz solo, saxophonist and composer Melissa Aldana has garnered international recognition for her visionary work as a band leader, as well as her bold and often meditative compositions. Signed to Blue Note Records, she released the acclaimed “12 Stars” on the storied label in 2022.
