Finn Hall presents “Behind the Menu” – a curated themed dinner series featuring culinary creations by Finn Hall’s local up-and-coming and award-winning chefs, paired with crafted cocktails from the food hall’s elevated bar Swallow’s Nest.
On Friday, February 9, 2024, Finn Hall will launch the dinner series with a Lunar New Year celebration featuring a four-course meal from Chefs Sonny Nguyen and Mark Tiu of Fire Noodz, served alongside complimentary beverages. Fire Noodz, a spicy noodle shop made its debut at Finn Hall in January 2023 and offers fiery signature menu items including Thai curry ramen and fried cheesy fire balls.
Within the Art Deco food hall, Houston foodies will embark on a Lunar New Year food and beverage journey and be greeted with a welcome cocktail. Dinner guests will also be invited to participate in a Vietnamese game of Bầu cua cá cọp and winners will receive a special prize and swag.
