Frost Town Run Club is a social club partnered with Frost Town Brewing hosting weekly runs on Thursdays at 7pm. The route runs along the Bayou for 2 mile or 4 mile out and back. New runners to hobby joggers to Alphafly runners anyone is welcome.
If you can't make Thursdays look out for other runs hosted at the brewery on the weekends or team runs around the city. Keep up to date at @FrostTownFitness
