The Little BIPOC Book Fest invites children ages 3-10 to explore diverse books featuring Black, Indigenous and People of Color experiences. The celebration features Mr. Pendlum, a Mexican-American creative communicator, multi-disciplinary artist and animator, plus the Harris County Public Library’s Curiosity Cruiser, readers from local authors, arts and book vendors.
