Celebrate Lunar New Year under the skyline at a festival hosted by Downtown Houston+ ! This afternoon and evening festival includes a night market presented by RISE Market with over 40 food and art vendors. Enjoy LIVE Lion Dance and Dragon dance performances. 🐉
