Celebrate Texas prairies, conservation, and community at Prairie Rendezvous, a festive fundraising event benefiting Native Prairies Association of Texas (NPAT).

Join fellow nature lovers, native plant enthusiasts, conservation volunteers, and community members for an afternoon of live music, great food, cold drinks, storytelling, and connection—all in support of protecting Texas’s remaining native grasslands. Admission includes food, drinks, and free parking.

The event will feature live entertainment from Dennis Ludiker, six-time Texas State Fiddle Champion and former member of Asleep at the Wheel, whose performances have delighted audiences across the state. Guests will also hear from Lauren Simpson, creator of St. Julian’s Crossing Wildlife Habitat, who will share practical tips and inspiration for creating wildlife-friendly landscapes using native plants.

Additional festivities include a silent auction featuring artwork, travel experiences, outdoor gear, and more; raffle prizes and special giveaways; and opportunities to learn about NPAT’s conservation efforts across Houston and throughout Texas.
