Teacher Angel Quesada brings nearly 30 years of experience as a movement specialist to a welcoming and restorative Tai Chi practice. His class focuses on helping participants move with greater ease, strength, balance and confidence while naturally reducing pain and increasing flexibility. Each session invites students to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and experience the calming, rejuvenating benefits of mindful movement.
