The Orange Show's 37th Annual Houston Art Car Parade

Houston knows how to celebrate creativity and the artist in everyone! Join the party! For the 37th year, 250 rolling masterpieces will take over the city’s streets, and nearly 300,000 fans will cheer them on from the sidelines. 

Powered by the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art, one of the leading folk and outsider art organizations in the country, the Houston Art Car Parade celebrates the "drive to create" and has become one of the most recognized and beloved events in Houston.

The parade officially begins at 2 pm at the intersection of Dallas and Bagby Streets (on Allen Parkway). It heads into Downtown before circling City Hall and outbound onto Allen Parkway. It then heads out of Downtown until dispersing at Waugh Drive. As always, the parade is free to attend.

The parade route opens at 11:00 am for a perfect opportunity to see the entries up close and meet the artists!

• The Lineup Party (11:00 am - 2:00 pm) - Allen Parkway between Taft & Bagby
