Join the Texas Medical Center Orchestra for an extraordinary evening as we explore the pressing issues of homelessness and mental illness, especially among veterans, through the power of music. "Voices of Resilience" will take place on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at 5 PM at Zilkha Hall, The Hobby Center.

This powerful new composition captures the emotional journey of those who have faced life’s harshest realities.

🎭 A Soldier’s Tale: From Glory to Homelessness to Healing
Written by TMCO’s artistic director, Libi Lebel, and narrated by Randall Packer, this dramatic work highlights the struggles and triumphs of veterans, illustrating their fight for resilience.

🎼 Additional Highlights Include:
Peter Boyer – "Fanfare for Tomorrow," "Coming Home," and "The Journey Within"
Michael Gott – Performing "I’m Not Home," "You’ll Never Walk Alone," and "Love Can Move the World"
Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4 – A masterful reflection on fate versus free will, concluding the concert with a message of hope.
