Petite Lucie is an all-day, French-inspired café and bistro from celebrated chef Omar Pereney.

It marks Chef Pereney's first full-service restaurant following the breakout success of Love Croissants, his pastry venture that quickly earned a loyal following at pop-ups, coffeeshops and multiple Houston locations—including a strong presence at Market Square Park Farmer's Market.  

From early morning croissants to golden hour wine-downs, Petite Lucie is made to evolve with the day. The café will serve breakfast bites and pastries, a full lunch and bistro-style dinner menu, and curated wines and beers from a shaded outdoor bar. 

The menu draws on seasonal ingredients and flavors from Provence, Normandy and the Mediterranean coast—melding classical techniques with whimsical creativity.

Beneath live oaks and surrounded by the charm of the Historic District, Petite Lucie invites you to grab a seat and settle in. Whether catching up with friends, taking a laptop break, or just enjoying a slow afternoon, the café offers space to enjoy the pace of the park—for residents, Downtown workers and weekend wanderers alike.
