While Downtown Houston has always had a number of dining options to choose from, over the past five years or so, there have been a lot of newcomers to the scene including some really great breakfast and brunch spots. Whether you’re looking for grab-and-go tacos, a healthy alternative or a nice boozy brunch, we’ve got you covered!
 
Batanga Tapas + Drinks- Enjoy a Latin brunch with options like stuffed French toast with guava cream cheese and whipped cream, chilaquilles, eggs Benedict and more! Don’t skip out on the mimosas and sangria which are both $3/glass. Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11 am

The Moonshiners Southern Table + Bar- As the name implies, Moonshiners specializes in southern comfort food and warm hospitality- they even have a wall decorated with the phrase “Southern Hospitality” to prove it!
