Economic Development

The Downtown Houston+ Economic Development program leads work to support the health and vitality of Downtown’s dynamic markets, including office, retail, hospitality, residential, entertainment/tourism and new development.

Active collaborations with the City of Houston, Harris County, Houston-Galveston Area Council, Greater Houston Partnership, Houston First Corporation, Houston Management Districts, and Downtown-based economic development drivers are core to the economic development mission of the organization.
